Ive seen plenty of them in person... As for the highlander, its worse looking and its interior(like most Toyotas) is extremely dated. If I were to buy a Toyota, their only SUV worth buying right now is the Rav4 Hybrid. I was hopeful for the rebooted Venza but all early reviews are, "Whats the point. buy a Rav4 Hybrid and save $5k."
There are only a total of 4 black on black SX Prestige Nighthawks ever produced so far. All had vins created this month. The odds of me snagging one(even though one is coming to Texas) is slim to none unless I want to pay $10k over MSRP, or wait a long time for an order. I might as well wait and get a GV80 at that point.
For the price fo a Telluride I could easily get a Model Y, but subjectively the fully loaded Telluride is a far more luxurious vehicle. The Model Y is a great car but really lacking in luxury for the price point and honestly its make no financial sense to buy an EV at this point. I almost purchased a fully loaded Jeep Gladiator Overland for about 25% off MSRP at the height of the lockdowns, but honestly the Gladiators aren't meant to do much highway driving. They drive like shit on the highway at highway speeds and I have a 80 mile round trip commute. If I didn't have that commute I probably would have purchased it. I am hoping more info on the new two and three row Jeep Grand Cherokee comes out soon to see if its worth waiting for. I'll test drive a Venza when they come out but right now its a looking like Rav4 Hybrid in my future.
