If he lived in the ghetto, there'd be nothing but KFC's and check cashing places.

460 for the grilled and I'm assuming less without the sauce which is probably some full-fat mayo base.540 calories isn't that low for a sandwich. Not unless that's your entire meal.
The Vancouver Sun has done an independent calorie analysis for the "Double Down" and has concluded the "sandwich" likely has 1228 calories.
:hmm::hmm::hmm:
So how is it possible that KFC could so severely limit the calorie count on this item? 540 vs 1228 is a HUGE discrepancy, one that I'd think would be against some kind of law. Who exactly are we to believe?
:thumbsup:Hmm .. usually I don't care for KFC (I mean, Popeye's chicken is SOOO much better) ...
But .... a sandwich that uses fried chicken instead of a bun... that is something worth trying ...
That said ... as much as I'd like to eat something like that, I think lettuce would make a better bun (less messy) ... a pound of bacon and cheese stuck between 2 pieces of lettuce would be awesome....
:thumbsup:
I make "sandwiches" like that all the time (lettuce - meat - cheese - lettuce). spares the extra calories from bread, but it's not nearly as portable and anything mildly hot is going to make the lettuce wilt.
thanks for proving my point
there is a difference between a lack of nutrition and unhealthy.
'cause we're all worried about clogging our arteries with white flour...

it's funny because NZ is like 0.5% less fat than the US.
it's marketing.only in america would a fastfood menu item have a release date...
