Why do people whine about the fat contents of this like the food is whats making people fat. I eat Taco Bell, McDonalds, and boat loads of sugar like they aren't going to be there in the morning. It is just getting your lazy azz to the gym. I work out 4-5 times a week and haven't eaten "healthy" in years. I have no cholesterol problems, or diabetes, or obesity problems. I am 11% body fat, which at 6'3" you cant even see fat, except in my c0ck. For those of you are too lazy to work out, then keep eating your salads and sandwiches, but leave those of us who eat junk food alone. If you want to get on people, tell them to go to the gym. An hour of cardio a day keeps the fat away.
