If Ohio is the ultimate state to win (both sides think so)......Gephardt may have been the better choice.

IIRC, Edwards did not do that well in the Primaries at all. But, I think he, as VP, will not hurt Kerry.

Assuming this is true (and I think it's premature to do that), I find it funny that the NY Post has reported that Kerry chose Gephardt. They actually ran this as their cover story as well.

I agree - Kerry's major weakpoint is charisma. Edwards will provide plenty of that, but will not upstage Kerry like McCain would have.

But I think it still needs to be said: I'm voting AGAINST Bush, not for Kerry/Edwards...
