He did, he grew up in Washington DC , the whole bullshit about Bethesda is just that, bullshit, it's not even a town, let alone a city. Try using it as a basis for him lying, it would be fun.
 
It's a simple question. Where does the police report say the Kavanaugh picked a fight? I know someone says Kavanaugh threw ice at him. Where does it say Kavanaugh picked a fight.

No, he grew up in Bethesda as per your own link. If he grew up in Washington, DC then your link would say he grew up in Washington, DC. Your first clue should have been that Bethesda is in Maryland, meaning it is not in Washington, DC. I'm sure that kids growing up in Scarsdale, NY will be happy to realize that they really grew up on the mean streets of NYC. The idea that growing up in an incredibly wealthy suburb of a city is the same thing as growing up in that city is again, a transparent lie.

Pedantic definition:
1) giving too much attention to formal rules or small details

Saying the police report didn't say he picked a fight because it only said he threw the ice in his drink at someone is basically the dictionary definition of being pedantic because everyone knows that throwing the contents of your drink at someone is picking a fight with them. I would love to meet the person who honestly believes otherwise.

Probably the richest of the Maryland suburbs. Thank god WHFS from Bethesda MD was the first all night album rock station in the area. And oh yea, it was FM...no static at all.

When Will Smith said he was 'West Philadephia born and raised' what he really meant was he grew up in Villanova. It's basically the same thing, I mean have you seen some of the crowds at those basketball games?
