Could a Kavanaugh supporter please explain why this guy is so super good to be on the Supreme Court? Why not another Conservative Judge?

Kavanaugh has proven himself to be an extreme partisan and I see no redeeming qualities to him. What have I missed?

Remember when a D is in office expect to have that appointee be equally or more partisan than Kavanaugh

They are betting that if they can stack the courts that can prevent that from happening. That has been their grand strategy for a decade now, stack the courts, manipulate the system to their favor so they win more, and have the courts back them when challenged, making it easier to win even more. We are closing into their end game, and it is becoming obvious now because it is working.

Brett once mentioned something about a "Cleveland Steamer"... meaning old steam engine trains that were built in Cleveland back in the day

And there was an entry about "donkey punch." Brett clarified that as a fruit punch drink his mother used to make for the kids, and the donkey was added because one time his pet dog "Donkey" started drinking from the bowl and seemed to like it, so from that point forward they called it Donkey Punch. *sniff*

He has stood up to the libtard sjw cucks who manipulated some poor woman into making up a story 6 years ago while being paid in Soros bucks to tarnish the name of a godly and good man who just likes lifting weights and beer a lot.

*I heard* that while the testimony was happening someone with a house or Senate IP address was editing Wikipedia regarding the term “Boffing”

This is just embarrassing for the left. I cant believe its even real.

Ford has so many holes in her story, yet people here, and everywhere else believe it without any proof. Even before the hearings they believed it. She doesnt know what month or year it took place. Where it was at. How she got home. Has various accounts of who was even in the room. Those acts are all alleged btw. No witnesses that she named have given her a ounce of corroboration, including her one time best friend. And thats just for starters. No prosecutor in their right mind would even attempt to charge him with anything. If something comes out later proving he did this and anything else, then fine go after him with everything legally allowed. Until then, you just look like hypocritical, politically motivated sheep.

Yet people judged him on her word alone, guilty as charged. Then went on with even more ridiculous allegations that have been refuted and taken back by the accuser. Complaining that they want this FBI investigation done quickly, after Dems sat on it for months is also just dumb. It is obvious that this was a well time stunt, and that it was leaked and they don't care about Ford at all.

Every single person who claims he is guilty, a rapist, sexual assaulter or anything in between who also doesnt hold their fellow Dems in the same accord are hypocrites. Which is most of them.

People (women) STILL go see Bill Clinton speak. They voted for him, twice. They voted for Hillary. They voted for Keith Ellison. Kobe won an oscar this year. There is ZERO calling for the same treatment that Kav is getting. Do you want to know why? Because as I have said in the past, Dems dont give a flying fuck about women and their treatment of alleged abuse. They ONLY care when it is someone on the right who is the alleged person doing the acts. If they universally cared then their actions would be consistent. I really hope the Republicans do not retaliate when its reversed and sink to their level. But they probably will and we'l go 'round and 'round with this new soon to be norm. Its sad and pathetic, and we citizens deserve better.

You just got the talking points today? How the hell did they get delivered? By carrier pigeon?

Avenatti has another witness who signed an affidavit confirming his client's testimony... saying that Kavanaugh was a drunk who was sexually aggressive with women and spiked the punch to get them drunk so it'd be easier to have sex with them.

Umm, I know I’ve done that, added more vodka to the punch. I can’t be the only AT’er whose done this.

lol @ the democrats

such a pathetic attempt to stop kavanaugh

Be careful what you wish for. Kavanaugh's nomination (which I believe will happen this week) could spell a lot of problems for the GOP. No reason for a "red wave" if white males retain their privilege... and if the Democrats take both the Senate and the House Trump will be in a world of hurt.

Well, yeh, but you never claimed to be a choir boy.

What in the Hell compelled Kavanaugh to lie about the distant past? There are about a thousand ways to say I was a wild & crazy guy back then but I grew up, quit acting the privileged brat. And if he lies about stupid shit like that, what else will he lie about?

And lets be honest, theres a LOT of famous eighties douchebags.

And they can go on being the douchiest of bags for as long as they live, no worries on my part. Odds are getting better that they'll get exposed eventually, if recent history is any indication.

What concerns me is the specific eighties douchebag trying to get on the USSC, and being an eighties douchebag is just one of the reasons he shouldn't be on the court.

They want to put someone on the bench, fine, so pick someone with credentials who doesn't lie. He or she will sail through after this bullshit.

I think he may have to be confirmed now, if only to drive home the notion that eleventh-hour smear campaigns won't work, so please don't do it again. As I've repeatedly mentioned, if these accusations had real weight and merit, they needed to come out between 2003 and 2006, during Kavanaugh's lengthy and contentious DC Circuit nomination.

I wish there were more substantive reasons to deny this guy the nomination, he does seem the epitome of Ivy League, silver spoon, entitled brat, with little in the way to redeem those negative attributes.

Yes, women who don't come forward sooner with their allegations of assault/rape should just keep it to themselves. They need to get over the trauma that has scarred them for life. Right? They just need to stop being little bitches, right crashtech?

Fucking deplorables.
