No reason to get nasty because I took you at your word. The answer, of course, is no.

Yeah, I didn't think you had the balls or were committed to your claim. It was a bullshit claim and you backed down like the little bitch you are as soon as someone called you on it.

From my reply to Moonie, but...........

Why haven't the Democrats had the Washington DC police and/or the Maryland police investigating this for the last 8 weeks? They've know about it for 2 months while the Republicans didn't.

Both DC and Maryland are controlled by Democrats and all the alleged crimes took place in their jurisdiction and if the allegations can be believed aren't subject to Statute of Limitations?

Why?

Because it doesn't matter wrt Kavanaugh's confirmation. It's completely at the discretion of the Senate. Mitch wants to go through this charade tomorrow & confirm Kavanaugh on Friday, anyway. Slammo-jammo!

Dipshit or liar, the vote on Friday is only the Committee vote. Let me know which one it is. They still could have been investigating for a month.

Democrats need to bury the GOP for good. The craven fools are leaking obvious bullshit to undermine the credible claims.

NEW: Senate Judiciary Cmte staffers have now spoken to two men, each of whom believes he — not Kavanaugh — assaulted Christine Ford.
Why would you be pissed at the GOP? Don't they have an obligation to investigate every credible claim?

I've got a broken foot, i'm kinda stuck here for a few more weeks.

hmmm.... that's quite the "broken foot." A constant stream of postings during the morning till noon, then into the afternoon till evening, evening until morning comes around again.

I should post my Excel charts on this one. lol.

LMAO, holy shit, republicans are DESPERATE to get Kavanaugh confirmed. "No sir, it was *I* who commited a crime for which there are no statute of limitations!" ... "Don't listen to that liar, it was *I* who grabbed the boobie!"

I have no idea why, but I can tell you what I think I would feel if Kavanaugh had tried to rape a girl me under the circumstances involved 36 years ago and I never reported it. I would blame myself for the cowardliness that would imply about myself to such a degree that I would not seek criminal conviction at such a late date, but I WOULD feel duty bound not to let such a person who would do that pass muster to serve on the court without that truth being told. I would owe that to truth and the country and let that be revenge enough. Your job now is to explain why the Republicans will not allow the FBI to gather all relevant data as is standard practice in all past related cases. I think it is obvious that want their man regardless of his character.

Oh so you are now going to stand by your claim and put some real, albeit small, consequences on being wrong?

Go ahead, prove to me you aren't a little bitch and stand by your claims.
What claims? That the next Republican nominee for Ginsburg's Supreme Court seat isn't going to be slimed or attacked?

I expected a better answer from you Moonie. It's not a Federal crime, so the FBI doesn't investigate it. However Senate staff are funded to investigate issues and the police where the allegations occurred could investigate. It's as if the Democrats are struggling to avoid any and all responsibility for doing a job that should be done. They've now delayed for over 2 months by withholding information from Republicans and are now trying to blame the Republicans because Diane Feinstein and other Democrats withheld the critical information.

Fun city, this about the Avennati accuser.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018...aining-order-against-kavanaugh-accuser-845348

"
Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up."
................
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”

"She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”

You called me a woman. Ohh i'm so not offended. Not willing to make a bet i don't want to lose.

No I called you a bitch. The fact that you think woman = a bitch says a lot about you though.

I'm glad you admit that you could lose such a bet, it just illustrates that your claim was bullshit.
