If anyone submits an affidavit under penalty of perjury that has known connection to a candidate for the Supreme Court and whose allegations are potentially disqualifying and not obviously psychotic or fabricated (e.g. I witnessed him getting anal probed by a green alien), then I really can't find a rationale to not investigate the allegations. Can you? You keep asserting they are not credible, but I haven't seen you or anyone else provide any evidence of any kind that supports this. They are people with known connections to Kavanaugh and telling accounts of behavior consistent with what has been claimed publicly and under penalty of perjury. Their affidavits include statements that they can name corroborating witnesses. Seriously, how could you dismiss them as not worthy of investigation?
Again, why where these affadavits/statements not given before last Friday? The Democrats have known about this since June and they wait until after a special investigation is announced to make this information about these new witnesses public?? Why wouldn't the democrats try to get this information before the hearing??
