How about a competent judge?

Trump HAD a female conservative judge on his very short list.
And believe it or not, she was MUCH WORSE than Kavanaugh.
She was a real religious fundamentalist nut case, and if Trump had picked her the democrats would have been a lot more upset than currently with Kavanaugh.
Heck, if she had been the choice and now undergoing hearings, Kavanaugh and rape would have been a plus for democrats.

And remember...
She is still on that Trump short list.
Standing off stage behind the curtain.
If Kavanaugh fails to proceed, then this second woman is no doubt ready, able, and more than willing to fill in.
And not only would she assuredly support reversing roe vs wade, she would also place religious "testing" before every US Supreme Court ruling to be considered.

So, not only would roe vs wade be no more, but ALL birth control would be banished as well.
And also the banishing of every American law that is not family friendly morally certified.
Gays? Back in the closet for you. And that same sex marriage license? Now worthless.
Equal pay for women in the work place? Totally up to the male boss.
How about a law banning women from even seeking employment should they currently have a toddler in the house. No workie for you! Your only job is house-wife, lady.
How about banning all business from operation on a Sunday?
Sunday, the.... "HOLY DAY OF REST"? Close your doors or go to jail.
Kinda makes a drunken womanizer sitting on the high court look... tolerable, hey?

And her name..... Amy Coney Barrett.
Look her up. Pretty scary stuff.

I'm trying to decide if Kavanaugh is an upgrade or a downgrade when Republicans tried to send a pedophile to the Senate

You forgot the fact she's only 46... Younger than Kavanaugh!

I'm pretty sure she will be the "fuck you" pick Republicans stick in our faces...and I really couldn't blame 'em if it came to that. Rs better hope she doesn't lie during hearings and that they hold on to that Senate majority.

Don't worry, she'll never get on the court. Kavanaugh will be confirmed. If you can bet on anything in the senate, bet on Flake and Collins being huge disappointments to literally everyone and bet on the turtle to get his way somehow. Manchin is probably drooling at the prospect of giving his troglodyte constituents some "red meat" by nominating Kavanuagh.

Neither disputed or perjury has in its definition being found guilty in a court of law. Now if you can dispute Kavanaugh gathering evidence against a witness before she became public, go right ahead.

If you can't, chalk it up to another one of your feckless turd bombs.
Obviously you don't know what "incontrovertible" means either. If it's in dispute, it's not incontrovertible and it is indeed, in dispute.

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/409340-mcconnell-senate-will-hold-kavanaugh-vote-this-week

"Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said the Senate will hold a vote on Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination this week.

"The time for endless delay and obstruction has come to a close. Judge Kavanaugh's nomination is out of committee. We're considering it here on the floor and ... we'll be voting this week," McConnell said.

McConnell's comments, made during a Senate floor speech, comes as the FBI has to wrap up its investigation into multiple sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh by Friday."

You think cloture file on Wed. and floor vote on Friday? After the FBI report is released,of course.

https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/n...julie-swetnick-but-cant-verify-claims-1148414

"Julie Swetnick, in her first broadcast television interview since accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, told NBC News national correspondent Kate Snow she couldn't be sure that Kavanaugh was one of the boys who assaulted her during a party in the 1980s."

But, but, but, but he's not fit for the office or something. for some reason or whatever else someone can make up and not prove.

If you go by the time the deal was made, the earliest would be 2:00PM Friday. That would be the deadline for the FBI to submit it's report.

You all severely overestimate republicans. Hopefully Flake and Collins do the right thing, but there will still be 48 or 49 other dip shits that vote for him, unless his nomination is pulled.

Not really, as long as the FBI investigation began on Friday the vote can be held Thursday for the 7 days. Only if it takes that long for them to submit a report.

Yeah, people that don't heavily drink get in bar fights all the time. I never drink, but I get into at least one bar fight a month.
Yeah, and he threw ICE! He could have put someone's eye out! or worse! Someone could have slipped on it and broken an arm!

I think you are being too subtle with your point. Remember, you are talking to idiots. Ideally, you'd want to have pictures to make your point so that they can follow along.
