Justice Clarence Thomas hospitalized 'after experiencing flu-like symptoms'

If only he weren't such a cancer to liberty, bent on assisting a racist religious minority warp our Constitution and undermine democracy. I'd likely have some sympathy for him and his family, instead of wishing that headline referenced amoebic dysentery like symptoms instead.

I hope he retires asap. May he enjoy what's left of his quiet, servile life, but more importantly may it heal the court.

Considering his strange sexual habits, and as anti black woman that he is, and his marrying a white woman because the black women would not put up with his strange sexual peculiarities, I can see how a guy like this would hate minorities, would despise other blacks especially black women (i.e. Anita Hill), and as a justice rule the way he rules. I'd love to see Biden nominate Anita Hill for the high court. Imagine, the two sitting together as justices? I would even pay to see THAT.

What I believe about Thomas is that his Grandfather taught him to hold his head up so high it went through the clouds and left the earth.

As opposed to a one term getting three that'll be on the court for 30+ years?

The 2 year rotational thing could work, I would suggest expanding the court a little bit so it keeps fresh blood coming in but doesn't encourage political games with appointments like we've seen in the recent past. Maybe 15 would work, takes 4 terms to get majority.

I've told y'all how to solve this a number of times. Ain't nobody lissenin'.

Seats equal to the number of circuits, currently 13.

NO permanent 'justices'. Each session gets one Circuit Judge from each Circuit, chosen at random by the Administrative Office of the Courts. No Circuit Judge can be chosen for two consecutive sessions.

Could the Thomas family hide the info if he dies until after Jan 2023 hoping GOP takes the Senate? Is it legal?

Bet there is no precedent and they would actually try it.

He should be using a gun to shoot at the infection. Why isn't he standing his ground?
That would also allow the healing sunlight into the wound, which proves that guns don't kill people, they heal them. But the "woke" media won't tell y'all that.

And as the GOP obergruppenführer says, having an ugly wife is an indication of "being a loser". Thomas is married.
