Man I love my weekly Super Walmart Trip!

I bought 48 cans of GV Cola for under $8.00
2 bags of Cereal for under $5.00
A gallon of Milk for $1.78
A 12 inch Roast Beef Sub from their Deli for $2.99
Shampoo for $2.00
A nice amount of food an essentials for $20

The employees all had a smile and seemed happy, the customers were all happy, all in all, it's a weekly slice of heaven.

I'm glad I'm not you. I mean, my life has problems, but if I ever get to the point where I consider a trip to WalMart to be a "slice of heaven", I hope someone kills me.

I avoid my local Super Walmart like the plague. Parking is rediculous. The clientele is unique to WalMart.
 
I'm wheelchair bound too, and don't have a power wheelchair, so when I go to Wal-Mart, it's always fun to ride the scooter around. Sort of relaxing after always using my arms to get around.

I have plenty of stuff that wasn't made in China. Most of it cost me more than $8, though.

no no its justified.

I actually like going to walmart. the prices are good and i actually like watching people walk around.

BUT walmart on a weekend is NOT HEAVEN. if he thinks it is then he really does need shot.

There are plenty of items if you look for them, you're just not going to find them at WalMart. They're also more expensive because it costs a lot more to pay American workers than Chinese workers. For example, I have a bag I bought made by these guys. It cost me $90, but it was made in San Francisco and it's guaranteed for life. I could have gotten a crappier bag for 1/3 the price at WalMart.

If you feel we should reverse the trend of manufacturing jobs moving overseas, speak with your wallet. If you're going to complain on a messageboard and then go buy chinese products at walmart, you're as much a part of the problem as anyone else.
 
I hate Wal-Mart. Although, whenever I do have to go in there (bathroom products) I always have to grab a bunch of candy. hehe, their bags of candy that isn't sold much in just normal grocery stores around here are awesome. Yeah, the pricing is great, but I hate parking, waiting, and rubbing shoulders with white trash. lol 😉
