Holy hell... I had to go to Walmart yesterday, and I thought that I was lucky to have gotten out alive, and without killing anyone else, to boot...

I also just got back from Wal*Mart. Got $62 worth of stuff, including a jar of pickles. I was loading my car and the pickle bag ripped open and broke all over the parking lot. Pickles everywhere, glass everywhere (under my wheel too). I picked up the glass as best a possible, but it was dark. I left the pickles there. I almost got in my car and left, but then I realized that the glass may flatten my tire or injure someone after I leave (plus I wanted new pickles), so I went back in. I requested that they have someone clean up the glass, but they said, "Nah, someone comes and cleans the lot after we close". I was shocked that the didn't give a crap about safety, but too aggrivated to argue, so I got my pickles and went home.

lol Awesome story that is!!

When I lived back in Indiana I had the choice between Aldis and Walmart. I always shoped at Aldis. For $200 you will walk out with 2 shopping carts filled will great tasting food. At walmart you walk out for $200 with about a bag and a half.

Now where I am at there is a store called Save a lot. It is almost a Aldis knock off. Not the greatest of stores to walk into because it feels super old inside but the prices are super hard to beat. Like 10lbs of smoked bacon for $9.90. That is $1 a lb and to be honest it really is the best tasting bacon I have ever had. Not because the price makes it taste better but it actually does tase better. Then there is the meat section where you can get chicken leg quarters (legs and thighs) for .49 cents a pound. Hamburger meat I just got on reduction and bought all they had for .89 per pound normally $1.50 which isnt that bad to start with.

I only go to superwalmart fo rthe things that cant be had there which isnt much as far as food goes.

LOL, listen to you. I'm sure there are those who wouldn't want to rub shoulders with you and your kind. Of course you'd call them bigots and you'd be right but then you don't seem to be any better than them.

It would be quite a bit more offensive, honestly I don't prefer the term "white trash" but then again these people have made a choice to be poor and ignorant.

Try going to a walmart in southern wv around the time of the month welfare checks come out, it will change your whole perspective.

and is that really any different then saying something like "i drive out of the city to the burbs so i don't have to be around those people"?

The color or place really does not matter. The only reason what he said is OK here is he used whites instead of blacks. racism is still racism no matter who says it. Only on here its OK to say stuff like what he said. IF anyone said the opposite they would be perma-banned

I'm going to guess the 1st is welfare check time? yeah all the stores (Target is the trashy store in town) are full then. The lobbies of the store is full of people waiting for the buss. I try to avoid going to any store the first few days of the month. way ot crowded for me. but then i prefer to go shopping at 8-10pm if i can.

Wow, right on point, shltferbrains. Looks like yet another item or two they sell, which are not made in China. Pretty much the same as the "I'm Better Than You" boutiques you patronize, eh?
