Starting tomorrow every day this week will hit 60 and there will never be a low below 40°. Spring has sprung. So much shit to do and to plan and to see. The cherry blossoms in Central Park are blooming early that's list item number one

Low temperature in my yard this morning was 40F. It's fuckin' April 4! At least the rains have stopped, well, maybe until Friday. Usually have tomato plants growing like crazy by now. My yard's still a muddy mess laced with weeds.

Yesterday I spotted some plums on my two plum trees, so the gigantic wind storms last 2 weeks didn't completely destroy this year's crop. They are the size of a grain of barley now.

-7 and sunny. We have a weather advisory for freezing rain, ice pellet and heavy snow lol. Around 10-15cm of it. This winter came late, but, it's here now. I'm just glad I ended up getting a new snow blower because it's getting a lot of mileage now. We've been getting a lot of the really nasty wet snow too. That stuff is brutal to try to do by hand.

70 degrees and stunning out. Low tonight of 52. This is the spring weather we've been waiting for.

I could not stand any more winter. Our winters here are longer than I'd like already, and even though this one was relatively mild, it's still todamn long. Time to enjoy time outdoors through November now. So much hope and excitement this time of year for all the lovely sunshine and nature as well as urban activities we'll be getting to enjoy.

Tabarnak. -7...feels more like -30 out there!

It's an arctic cold. I went out to cut some cement board and decided to bail from that activity. Need gloves because of how cold it is and trying to hold pencil and measuring tape with gloves was not going too well. That stuff is really dusty so don't really want to cut it inside either. Think I'll work on another project.

Really deceiving too since it's full sun out and everything.

Got all the way up to 80 dgrees today, and of course very sunny.
I am not looking forward to this summer. Gonna need a kiddy pool and water and those little sterilizer tablets.

WOW, no precipitation of any kind, anywhere in the nation. Thats weird.

30F and in the middle of an ice storm. Had to chisel 1/2" of ice off my truck so I could drive over and check on some horses staying at my barn.

So done with winter this year.

more thunderstorms during the early morning hours and more localized flooding here.

The Thames river has risen around 10 feet above normal here and is considered dangerous. People have been advised to stay away from it as the water is moving very fast and is very cold.

-5 and having a small blizzard. They're still announcing freezing rain, so that's going to suck and make a mess. driveway, and roads are already a mess from the previous hot days we had over the past month or so as everything just jagged ice.

Snow pile on deck is getting pretty tall. It tends to accumulate more there for some reason. I won't be BBQing any time soon. :p

I need a fan. Been too warm (never outside the 70s-80s range). Come on, it's not May.
Temps be dropping today, so now we can enjoy 50s-60s for a couple days.

Too rainy this week. Rain every couple days. There was dime sized hail on Sunday. Shit's growing furiously. East Texas: Texas' wetter half. Hey, we're next door to Louisiana, the swamp state.

April is not nice.

High of 84 today.
This happened way too fast and way too brutal. I was hoping for a couple weeks of sixty degree weather. WTF???

What's your extended forecast looking like? We have a day with 81 coming up but then everything after that is high 50s and low 60s

It’s 83F here in NC. If I would’ve known that NJ was going to reach the 80’s too I would have stayed.

Another day when, early in the AM, there was this large, VERY BRIGHT object in the morning sky...that eventually gave way to gray and cloudy...and light rain.
Accuweather sez 47F.

I tried to go snow blow the driveway before it turns into freezing rain but the wind is just too intense. No matter what I did it was just going in my face or in the neighbour's driveway. So that's a write off lol. I'm hoping the freezing rain just never happens. I don't care about snow but rain is what really screws up everything.
