Wind and rain. The wind is very intense, there's a spiraling low pressure system centered 15-20 miles away, causing the high winds. Sustained winds of 27mph, likely 40mph+ (Edit: 74mph measured at Oakland Airport! 77mph in San Fran.) gusts and the temperature has dropped 13F in the last 2 hours or so to 47F. Listening to the wind is a symphony.

Broke 60 degrees Farenheit down here. lol.
Hit 60F here today before the storm moved in close, 3 hours later (now) it's 46F, super windy with rain. Usually by this date it's very spring-like and I've already planted my tomato seedlings. It's been nothing like that. It has warmed some, but the rains keep on coming. We're supposed to have 4 straight dry days starting in 2 days (which we haven't had in a looooong time), but I'm not counting on it. The forecasts have been relatively unreliable the last couple months.

There's an overturned big rig on the lower level of the Bay Bridge right now, likely caused at least in part by the 70+mph wind gusts. They have a tow truck there but are awaiting the arrival (slow!) of a 2nd tow truck. When that arrives they will try to get the truck back up on its tires. Meantime that way on the bridge is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal slow.

Pretty much typical seasonal weather for March, though a bit warmer than usual (~+5C just eyeballing it). Only thing I don’t like is that seasonal allergies arrived in force about 3 weeks early 🙄.

+2 with a winter storm warning, and the wind is picked up. I think we are about to get hit with a storm. Hope it cools off or it's going to be the really nasty wet stuff.

starting snowing here a few minutes ago. It won't accumulate due to the ground being too warm.

+2 right now and sunny. Really warm. Snow is melting quite a lot. Roads are nasty though, all slushy and crap. Can't get away from that when it's this warm though. Not much the city can really do.
