0C with insane wind. We did get freezing rain but it was not super bad. The driveway is a wreck though, but mostly from the previous freeze/melt cycle we had before this. Everything is all uneven and pretty much unshovellable since the shovel just jams everywhere. Snow blower goes a bit better but it bounces a lot so can't really get a smooth surface anymore but got the worst of it done.

At some point maybe I'll go and try to even out everything with the ice scraper but it's going to be a pretty big job. Probably better off just letting new snow pack down.

Overall we don't seem to get storms as bad as the south now days. Was looking at the hydro map and they have tons of outages. Especially in Quebec.

Rain, rain, rain...typical spring on Washington's coast. If Accuweather is correct, we should get a bit over 4" of rain by Tuesday.

Storm is done but some places still dealing with lot of hydro outages.

Quebec has like 750k houses without power still. We have lot of COs on generator right now so mostly been keeping an eye on that.

Suppose to warm up for the next week or so here, double digit temps even. Lot of snow is going to melt.

I can confirm the shitloads of rain in western WA.
I was going to take out the last of the stumps at my friend's place on Sunday. Very glad we did not. It is supposed to be nice Friday and Saturday.

Toronto also getting crazy temperatures for this time of year, daily high forecasts for today and the next 3 days are 22C, 27C, 25C, 24C.
Historic normals are low teens. Who broke the dam? :rage:

22C today. Was supposed to be mostly sunny - but it's mostly cloudy instead. No rain forecast for the next 5 days. It's supposed to hit 30C on Friday (86 in freedom units).

Spring has sprung this week. 70 every day this week, lows no lower than 58. Problem is we have two days looking to hit the low 80's, but then go back to the 70's.

Hope the 80 degree days don't start becoming regular for a bit.

9C now but was like 15C earlier. I actually put shorts on for the first time this year. Was doing a bit of work outside and didn't take long to get overheated in pants so switched to shorts. Hoping this lasts. The driveway is down to the concrete now. I was thinking I was going to have a big mess to deal with because it was all uneven and crap, but it melted fast.

86.
I am not ready for it to be warm this early. I was hoping for a couple weeks of 60, a couple weeks of 70, and slowly ease into 80 thru the summer. I shoulda lost weight this winter. Would be easier.
