we are relatively stable weather wise.

Temps will be up Tuesday with rain followed by a slow cool down for Friday with back to winter temps.

Very warm for this time of year. -3. Been like that all week. We even had some days in the positives where the snow was melting. Driveway is almost down to the pavement.

For those out West, is this rain doing anything for the reservoirs, lakes, water table, etc? Or is it just running back out to the ocean?

California Coast "Bomb Cyclone Atmospheric River Apocalypse" is starting to kick off.

Sort of just seems like a windy day so far, but meteorologists have talked it up as some kind of "century storm" event.

We'll see how things progress over the evening.

Cooling off now. -11 feels like -19. Went for a walk earlier and felt it!

Crazy how much snow has melted in the past week or so though with all the warm weather. Feels almost like April or something.

We need it, breaking rainfall records over here.

Was a pretty solid storm last night. Power went out around 4:30 and hasn't come on since (i went in to work today). Internet is out. Cell service is spotty (thanks to power I think).

Roads were mostly ok, storm surge was cresting the seawall at surfer's beach, bunch of traffic lights out, but very very light traffic into work. Trees down everywhere, trees down on houses, trees down on powerlines, trees down on businesses.

Only went into work thanks to some end of month stuff to complete + internet, otherwise was having a good time chilling with the family playing card games by candlelight.

50s forecast for the next several days, 30s generally overnight. Scattered showers.

Nothing remarkable. Just how I like it.

-16 feels like -24. Full sun out too which is nice to see. Suppose to go down to -27 tonight. Starting to get more normal weather for this time of year.

Still unseasonably warm in NH. Very little snow for this time of year - temps are still around what they are in early December, not mid-January. The downside - very cloudy for the winter. Recently my wife and I were watching a home show that took place in Colorado - 300 days per year of sun!!

I still haven't had to shovel. It snows a bit, and either doesn't stick or melts the next day. Meanwhile, Buffalo topped 100 inches before January.

We've hardly been getting snow here too. We only have the snow from that December storm on the ground and that's about it. Lot of that also melted as we had some really warm days after that.

4 inches of snow last night. The most all year! Typically, we would’ve have an 8-10" storm by now.
