The thread was not related to that, it was specifically pointing out obvious flaws in the Republican leadership. Both sides say the same thing about people coming out saying ignorant things. In this case however it does nothing for the GOP other than alienate voters, which of whom are going to be ever more important in the future.

Blacks vote democrat by a huge margin. Throw in a black candidate and you get even more votes. A black candidate who is conservative is an uncle tom or sell out or 'acts white'. It's more about being liberal/democrat than black. Colin Powell should probably switch parties.

This is an example of what I mean. Here is a person who has just laid out a tremendous personal judgment, absolutely certain that God is harsh while at the same time says he has no idea what God's judgment is. He speaks for God out of one side of his mouth because he is full of wrathful judgment, and out of the other claiming that he is humbly and has no idea what Gods judgment is. He can't accept that he knows nothing even though he says he does because if his ego collapses he would see that he is full of rage and that his own personal illness is the same illness that God has. There is only love. Rage and judgment come from that different place. The true believer...is he not quiet and calm, like the Buddha.
