I like how we're somehow the ignorant ones, simply because we don't want to give attention to someone who has repeatedly, over a period of many years, spouted complete nonsense. So no matter what he's said or done, we should apparently still spend time listening to his points in the hope that the latest batch isn't the total nonsense he's said so often before.
Edit: I even decided to give you and him the benefit of the doubt and look at some of his recent comments in an interview. It's largely full of straw men arguments. Two of the first arguments I came across were that the LGBTQ group thinks their opinion deserves more weight because they were and are discriminated against. That's not true at all, they want to be treated as equals. Then he tries to argue against the idea that every black person is individually discriminated against by the US. That's not the argument either. The reality is the being black simply makes it more likely that you will suffer discrimination, the 'left' doesn't claim that every single individual is being persecuted.
Then he talks about how white, straight men are somehow at the bottom of the barrel in terms of being listened to. Whereas the reality is that that minority group is actually the loudest and most powerful voice in this country, and will continue to be so for a long time yet, despite the trend toward more equal representation for everyone else.
So, it looks like he's still spouting nonsense even in the last year or so. So he can't feel that bad about the stupid stuff he said when he was younger, because he's still doing it consistently now. Whether it's through outright denial of the facts or just creating silly arguments that he can pick apart easily to appear like he's right.
There may be Neo-Nazis or white supremecists or KKK etc at my doorstep. If there’s an actual Nazi he’d have to be 90 years old. .
I've never really stopped to hear what the guy has to say, but pretty much expected this. I've listened to so many illogical BS arguments from all sides of the political spectrum that I've pretty much tuned out. Most of them wouldn't even meet the standards for a legit argument in a high school debate class. Honest political debate is pretty much an oxymoron. That was my impression as well when I saw him on bio mhar. He was always arguing against something no one ever said. If you look at the righties on this forum and right wing media as a whole, their M.O. is to straw man the conversation. Idiots love it because it validates their feelings and they are never critical of people when they share their feelings.

Watch some of his YouTube vids where he does Q&As with college kids. It’s very civil and he gives well thought legitimate responses, they aren’t straw men. I’m sure plenty in this thread would disagree, in which case I’d encourage them to post one of those vids where he does argue a straw man.
In case it hasn't already been posted, he interviewed Andrew Yang for an hour this weekend.
Beto has been flip flopping all over the place and is coming across as just trying to say whatever people want so my love fest there is over.
Listening to this interview with Yang is my first exposure to him and he seems like a very intelligent, well thought person with honest opinions. That in and of itself makes him much more respectable than any of the rest of the candidates including Trump. I don’t agree with UBI but he lays it out better than anyone I’ve ever heard.
Interviewing / talking with Dave Rubbin in ~30min - another EVIL gay liberal that believes in things that were originally democratic principles. New age righties have grown to like him for standing up for foreign things like freedom of speech.
Dave Rubin is a libertarian, not a liberal. (unless we're going with that 'classical liberal' thing where people just want to use confusing terms to sound smart)
Dave Rubin is also one of the stupidest people ever to walk the earth:

You're basing your opinion of him on that one quote above? To which, I don't necessarily agree with - but I don't have much to argue against. Either way it doesn't sound stupid, just an opinion?
It's pretty clear the media (and our politicians in general) don't "get" gaming or games in general. Hence why they are stupid enough to blame games for violence.... I mean, Pacman is the reason I take tons of pills though...

Ben Shapiro is what a stupid person thinks a smart person sounds like.
He’s a YouTube personality who constantly contradicts himself because his job is to get attention, not to be smart.
Ben is sharp as heeell. He makes some good points. I tend to vote Democrat, but when Ben speaks I'm always like... Maybe I should go Repub? Naw.
Maybe it's his name. My real name is Ben as well.![]()
Aren't you one of those clowns who always accuses liberals of playing identity politics? And now you're claiming that someone can't possibly hold authoritarians beliefs because of a Jewish identity?Personally like him out of all the other fellow Anti-SJW group - or as lefties will call them, Nazis.
Which I mean, Ben Shapiro is the biggest Nazi of all.
EDIT: List of similar people, most of which are registered democrats politically: https://intellectualdarkweb.site/vanguards-of-the-intellectual-dark-web/
