Holy shit how did it even run at all or not catch fire? Yeah you have to line up the U or o on any kind of IC. Oh to be on ATS' end of the line during that conversation hehehe. Did anything fry or is it just as easy as flipping it around?
Oh well, better to have a definitive problem identified than to be hunting ghosts. Id rather be embarrassed for a day and have a funny story to tell than not know what is wrong with the car for a month or more![]()
lol, the magic smoke bit got me to chuckle.
ready to see the car be done myself
dotn worry those things happen atleast once a project![]()
Oh I've had to pull the turbo at least once to fix something..dropped the tank and found a Walbro already installed...fried an oil pressure gauge after installing it in the dash...and I'm sure there's more.

The paint should have been on long enough to be able to do a nice claying on it.
Sexy as hell but those are some skinny ass tires. You really think it will hook at 17 psi?
We'll find out. If they don't, I'll sell those after I move and pick up 17x9 rears and go for a 265.
Edit: Or...black2na tells me with some fender work, we could do 17x11 with a 305. Hmmmm.
check out the whole feature...

The tires there are actually relatively narrow in tread - note the hellaflush setup.Aim for this?

Clay doesn't scratch, and it's good insurance for any rubbing work (especially polishing). Plus he can take care of any overspray that exists.HELL NO that is asking to put small scratches into the brand new paint. you really only need to do that after a few years of it being outside and being uncared for if he keeps up on the paint he shouldnt have to do that at all. mabye were the tires kick up stuff but for now a nice couple of coats of wax should do more then enough. remeber clay is to clean up imperfections you still would need to buff and wax to make it look new again
and as far as tires yeah we can make anything fit its the wonders of metal work!
