1979 the Islamic Republic of Iran was not in power. There was a revolution.
There was violence in the streets.

The rich got out. The Jews were rich they escaped. The wealthy Muslims escaped

The poor people came in and took control. So none of those Jews who escaped lived under an Islamic regime. They escaped when the streets were full of blood.

As this thread progressed, we continued to see him ignore more and more points made by members, as they rip his arguments to shreds one by one. Then once he is addressed about ignoring those points he resorts to attacking the source, even though the source he started with was nothing more than anecdotal evidence.

By criticizing your source he has put the final nail in his argument's coffin. He will never address the issue you brought up. You can follow them if you click the link. But that is besides the point because even if there were no citations an article on wikipedia is far greater evidence than anecdotal evidence you provided. And just for the record, if I had a scanner I would scan an NY Science Times article I have saved that explains that Wikipedia is as accurate as any other encyclopedia and sometimes even more accurate.

As you can see you directed the debate from the political climate in Iran to the accuracy of sources. You did this by ignoring the points that other users have made and so this is all that is left - a debate about accuracy that is drivin by someone who relied on anecdotal evidence.
