Yeah, it's almost like a religion in the sense that there's a lot of "confirmation bias" among "the believers." So, for example, maybe you CAN get things like protein from a plant based diet but you still have to admit that any sort of meat is going to be more nutrient dense. Of course, it's still worth limiting your consumption, especially with red meats.
I can't remember how I came across this related factoid, but if the source was reliable, I think the "world record" is more than 16 feet. Not sure if I'm impressed or more, yukked out.
