I don't see how it had more features. It was made of lead and still horrible at keeping temp. Was an energy hog and you had to thaw it out every 5 months or so. There is no way there was anything good about that fridge, lol.
Yet it was still operating in 1982. Meanwhile, the Samsung you bought three years ago needs to be replaced cause it costs too much to be serviced. It also left gaping holes in your network, cause the dumbest intern at Samsung hacked together the firmware for it, and nobody ever looked at it again. The first feature I think of with refrigeration is network connectivity.

Not really, at least golf courses can eventually become useful. Around here a couple closed and got redeveloped into retail and housing. Another closed and turned into a park. Cemeteries are forever and leach toxic chemicals into the ground.
Are you familiar with the huge amount of chemicals (weedkillers, insecticides and pesticides) used to keep golf courses green, not to mention the vast amounts of water.

Oh, I'm no fan of Samsung or LG appliances or any other crap that shoves useless broken junk. I don't compare them because I don't consider them real. They are toys, lol.

the fertilizer is vastly worse than the other chemicals dumped into golf courses, not that any of them are good, of course. You guys love red tides in your coastal communities, right? Keep dumping unregulated amounts of fertilizer into your water sheds!

A sizable chuck of my fair city's downtown is built on top of old cemeteries. There are still thousands of bodies buried under the buildings.

I'm not a superstitious man but...

At least I get some fun out of golf courses ruining the environment. Beats burying a body stuffed with toxic chemicals.
