Nope, no such thing as a historical jesus, just a biblical one. More imagination to that pic than anything else. To build a face you need scientific techniques from forensic anthropology. But that requires, you know, evidence, remains.

Remember, history contains 10 other jesus like characters from other cultures and times, all of them happening before the story of jesus of nazareth. Just sayin.

I alternate between the historical and mythist view myself. Dr. Bart Erhman and Richard Carrier both sound very convincing. I tend to side with Bart though.

Last I looked: Virtually all scholars of antiquity accept that Jesus was a historical figure.
