Are tires flying off vehicles and hitting people common or something? This is the 2nd one where a person gets knocked the F out by one.

Awww. She saw it coming and dodged it like a boss, that would have been an all-time great escape if she accounted for the rebound.

we had a rash of that on the 401 Highway here in Ontario. Quite a few were killed and many more injured and severe damage to vehicles.

1692, Salem Witch trials. You could miss your period and suddenly be accused of witchcraft. Was a good way to rid of a rival that was for sure! Accuse them of witchcraft and it was most likely death for the accused.

Edit: yeah i was going for a long shot with some wiccan/pagan humor, usually the initiated LOVE this. My bad.

One downside. If you get stuck in a place that you can only reach by having those things you're there until spring because nothing is coming to get you.

Idk, having a winch up front and a good chainsaw in the back solves a lot of problems. Shovel and cat litter too but to a lesser extent I guess. I wonder if really stuck you'd be able to decouple all four and use them as a firm launch pad for the normal snowtires, maybe vault clear of the hole. I've seen trucks extricated with draft horses before, I think it's all about how long you're willing to let a problem chill.

Should have said I'm familiar with track kits that replace the wheels, I just hadn't seen this "quick" attachment variety before. I have questions about maneuverability and reliability, but over all I am still impressed. Not enough to be dissuaded from this though:

The ability to go between trees here is a big deal. This would make building and maintaining an off grid camp so much easier. No horses, mules or lamas to feed and tend to, no gasoline and oil to haul and store. Relatively small number of total parts. Set up some panels and charge away. Ice fishing and moose hunting could really use conveyance like this, for the green side anyway.

I'm starting to get the idea that Pagans (or a certain come-to-it-late-because-of-drugs class of them) are the same as Improv actors.

What do I mean?

You never will have to ask them what they do, because THEY WILL FUCKING TELL YOU.

Same with Born Agains, Crossfitters, vegans, anyone who goes to a gym really, etc . ;) Weirdly I haven't heard this comparison with improv actors before though I can see it.

I had no idea this was even a thing, now I want this kit

Yeah those are insane, i saw this like years ago though. It still uses the wheels as normal but its on those deals. Its a awesome idea i think.

Well these look a lot more friendly toward quickly removing and putting them on. This example appears relatively new, previously I've only seen triangular track units that attach to the hub directly, in place of the wheel. Those still appear to be superior to this slip-on style, but I'd expect some sacrifices when achieving this concept.

You must not know one. If you knew only one, you would know it.
