I'd love to visit that. Actually I'd like to kick the tourists out and build a house with a glass floor 😛

Lucky Woman

PART OF THE POD: A New Zealand woman says she was swimming by herself when she was suddenly joined by three friendly killer whales. Although the woman says she was scared at first, the orcas peacefully swam alongside her in what she describes as a life-changing experience. https://abcn.ws/2EqMQZs

lulz, the big female was patiently corralling the human to teach the young one how to hunt. lucky the human didn't freak out too much and start flailing, or she would would have been tossed about for fun and then eaten as a young or wounded seal.

An orca is not going to attack a human in the wild. They are highly intelligent and magnificent but picky hunters. As long as they don't get a taste for brains we are quite safe from them. Crunching us would be a waste of calories trying to chew through our blubber-less bony bodies.
