If you select the best people, you will not get such a great concentration of white males. It may not be an exact representation of American society, but such an extreme disparity is a reflection of privilege allowing lesser candidates to trump the best candidates.
This is not necessarily true. Depending on the candidate pool and the task in question, you might not get any white males at all. Or, you might just get all white males.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to determine if the people making the decisions are making the right decisions. However, it is ridiculous to suggest that selecting all white males is a clear indication that the best decision was not made. Race is not a factor for determining who the best candidates are. It works both ways my friend.
This is another issue and Seinfeld's racial secessionist experiences are extremely troubling. He needs access to social services to assimilate into America.
Well, I agree with this only if Jerry blew people off based upon differences from him. I kind of doubt that this is true though. Of course, we all discriminate unfairly at some level. It is human nature to look for similarities to be comfortable. This is something that we all need to overcome... at the very least diversity in relationships provides for richer life experience.
