By all accounts the acting AG is a hardcore GOP partisan who wants the Muller investigation shut down. I assume Mueller is moving against DJT family.

Whatever they're trying to bury will come out.

Mueller could've indicated or subpoenaed Trump before the midterms but he didn't. It's his problem if he doesn't want to do his job. I thought prosecutors were there to hold people accountable but apparently Mueller is just there to pretend something is being done.

Thankfully Trump doesn't know that his republican-run fake investigation isn't going anywhere and has decided he must end it. The process of his trying to end the investigation will be his undoing. This is great news for democracy.

And so the first real acts of war after midterms are seen this day. Trump to command the Senate, to hold the House hostage by burning the nation to the ground if it does not protect him.

This could be uglier than even Trump hopes.

Were I a betting man Mueller is already done and whatever indictments are to be handed done are already signed and under seal.

A report on Trump's obstruction likely written and ready.

I could see Lindsey Graham since SC is a safe seat for the GOP and Trump probably told Nikki Haley the seat is hers if she wants it

Now if they say that Noel Francisco will oversee Mueller there is something bad about to happen. He got an ethics waiver in April which waives his requuirement to recuse himself from any matter involving his firm, Jones Day. His law firm has ties to the investigation itself.

https://www.citizensforethics.org/c...-waiver-for-solicitor-general-noel-francisco/

However, CREW has discovered that the Trump administration issued Mr. Francisco an ethics waiver on April 24, 2018. The waiver relieves him from any obligation to honor his ethics pledge to recuse from investigations involving Jones Day. The waiver states only that he is relieved of this obligation and offers no justification whatsoever. It simply waives the obligation, thereby eliminating one of the three obstacles to his overseeing the Special Counsel investigation.

What if they're not finding anything to hang on Trump? I've said it before and I'll say it again, this has ALL the markings of a political witch hunt, nothing of substance.
