Jade Helm 15: The US takeover of Texas

Jade Helm is an interesting name though. Is the premise supposed to be the US military is putting out a uprising in Texas for the benefit of the Chinese government?

Jade is very prominent in Chinese culture and history.

Now I know that Jade was also very well used in the Ancient American cultures although not sure if that is sufficiently notable to be used for the name.

Given what I have read about the basis for the operation so far it might be possible it is an exercise against a possible Mexican insurgency involving guerrilla warfare. But there is no indication that the operation is specifically tailored for only Southwest America. Maybe it might also be an exercise dealing with geostrategical situation in Southeast Asia and how America could interact with all the indigenous ethnicities in any conflict against the Chinese in low intensity or high intensity warfare.

Again, the difference, which you and bobberfet seem to not get is that dems don't embrace the nut jobs and they certainly don't give their conspiracies any credence. Not only are these nut jobs part of the Republican Party (and there isn't just one) but they, as the governor here has done, not only acknowledged their claim, he acted on it.

That's a pretty big fucking difference to all but the biggest of hacks, of which bobberfet is one. Are you a hack as well?

I see. So you are saying I am a nutter for assuming the title to a military exercise might have something to do with the exercise, or are you saying I'm a nutter because making a connection between Jade and China in the context of a military exercise is odds with your political beliefs?
