Holy crap.....

Unfortunately when nothing happens that they have predicted they won't been "wrong". instead the will pat themselves on the back for bringing it to light so the evil government couldn't implement their secret plan.

Cognitive Dissonance is a bitch.

LOL, some of my conspiracy nutter acquaintances were posting about this on Facebook. That's a rather inbred looking crowd there...

I like the guy at the bottom left of the sign. I have named him "The Professor of Bastrop"

lol, I just realized:

Don't Train On Me or tread

Like I can just imagine the conversation:

"But we also don't want them to tread on us"
"Train is more clever, besides, I already wrote it, there's no room for tread"
"Can't we just put it down there in little letters?"

:D

I'm a little baffled that there appear to people who are genuinely concerned that this is a preparatory action taken before Obama refuses to leave office. I just don't understand how anyone could spend more than five minutes thinking about that and still believe it's a legitimately viable scenario.

LOL, Democrats.

I love it when it's so easy to dredge up the same thing from Democrats that you all think is solely the area of Republicans.

Neither party has a monopoly on nutjobs.

The nutjob ratio seems pretty heavily skewed in one direction ...

Yeah, I got the Don't Train On Me right thing off the bat, they were trying to be witty and failed a bit IMHO.

I just laughed at a really inappropriate moment at work while reading this. THANKS OBAMA.

You laugh, but it's a serious issue. Not two weeks ago I was woken from a blissful slumber to find Barack Obama doing sit-ups on my back. I was like, whoa, Mr. President, all due respect, you can't train on me. I mean, for one thing, you're getting terrible lumbar support in that position, and we can't afford you going down to an injury; the playoffs are about to start. Then I woke up again and it occurred to me that it may all have been a hallucination brought about by my latest ether frolic. But that doesn't make it any less real.

I don't believe there's anything in my characterization that suggests it's solely the domain of one party...

That wasn't directed solely at you, but at the self-congratulatory morons that were starting to fill up the thread with their "HUURRRRR LOOK AT THE CRAZY REPUBLICANS" pablum.

Neither party has a monopoly on nutjobs.

The difference is that in the Republican Party, the 'nutjobs' are the party base while for the Democratic Party, the 'nutjobs' are, for the most part, ignored.

But hey, other than that little difference, they're exactly the same.

liberal nut jobs are worried about thier chakra and what crystals they should hold while eating berries in the rain forests of washington state.

Conservative nut jobs polish guns in the basement waiting for race wars and gayafication camps.

Yeah.. I live here, too.

It's actually a pretty nice state, when the whackos aren't on the front pages. They keep clawing their way back there, however. And this governor seems to want to cater to them..

Jeez, could you get any more PC and whiny?

Do we have to put declaimers at the end of everything saying that 'nutjobs may come from all political wings, apologies to anyone that might have had their tender sensitivities hurt'.

Its just a funny story about an absurb group of nutters, just try to enjoy it. If you can't find it funny without an attack of the butt hurt just move on.

It all makes sense now, the liberals in Austin have decide they need to take the guns away from those in Bastrop County in order to make it safe for them to move out of highly taxed Austin and build houses there.

Because you're sane.

But hey, other than that little difference, they're exactly the same.
I would say the difference is that Republicans indulge the delusional fantasies of their nutjobs while democrats try to quietly sweep them under the rug. Hell, earlier this year one of those Republican nutjobs became the first to declare for the 2016 Presidency.

He isn't PC. He would NEVER do the reverse and attack Republicans were this a thread about crazy democrats. He is just a far right asshole that wants to defend his side but vaguely appear to be nonpartisan.
