Does anyone know of a website that works in the reverse of ebay? So let's say I am looking for an item, I would post what I'm looking for and then wait for sellers to respond.

Hi,

I know several people on fixed income with little or no PC experience who want to get on the internet. I haven't used a dial-up ISP for years and am looking for one I can recomend to them and won't take too much hand holding to get them started.

This one seems decent: AllVantage

Anyone have any bad experience with them or can recommend another ISP that uses the standard dialer and no ads in the same price range ($5.95)?

best computer speakers. I want good medi range and good highs. I had the monsoon planar media 9 and love its clarity and accuracy but the control plug was damaged and I need a new system.

I was going to buy another monsoon but they went out of business. I do not need the 5.1 channel audio. I want audiophile quality. I'm way to use to good speakers.

Example of my taste:
I had a set of Martin Logan Aerius (not I) for a while and I like its 3d sound stage. I had a very nice bookshelf (non usa brand from China) and I loved the platnium bookshelf speakers.

Please help me recommend some good qualty speakers.

Anyone know of a good place online to buy CD's? I'm specifically looking for a place that also carries independent label (indie) music but a general site will work. Any suggestions?

i made the noob mistake of thinking i was going to buy yesterday, putting the coupon code they gave me in, then decide i was going to wait till morning... now the code doesn't work... support says it's cause since i put it in yesterday, it deactivated it so when i went back to order, it doesn't work
 
I am trying to find a good deal on an external CD-Rom or CD-R drive. I really really need an external cd drive, I dont care if it is a cd-r or rom I just need to reinstall windows on my sony laptop that doesn't have an internal cd drive. Please help me I tried to buy that Cendyna External drive from Office Max but the stores near me still have it for the retail price of $130 so if you have a way of proving the price of $50 then that would help me out tremendiously. Thanks email me if you have any ideas for me...
