I hate Amazon. Fuck them and their super-inflated stock price. Who actually gets stuff from them

I do... sometimes they have good deals and no tax... with AMAZON prime I don't even have to pay for $3 and I still get it next day (If shipped from Arizona warehouse)...

NewEgg taxes me... I live only 10 minutes from their corporate warehouse and 2 minutes from their original warehouse (when they were a tiny egg!).D:

I still dont get why intel and others dont just cut out the middle man and sell products on there site.

For the same reason that Amazon or Newegg don't enter the business of designing and running chip fabrication plants.

I was getting taxed by Newegg (CA), so got the 3770K from Amazon.

Edit: Oops. Looks like I'll be buying from MC B&M.

Because intel rather ship pallets, containers, and truck load of their product rather than individual packages...

NewEgg = E-Commerce and Retailer

Intel = R & D, product design, etc...

I paid 369.99 at canada computers a few days ago, so I guess I wasn't getting ripped off as bad as I first thought.

Do you think the prices will go down later today or do you think they will be like this for a while?

Where are these prices? Darn it.

I payed 1595DKK with 25% VAT for my i5 3570K 10 days ago or so. (Around 227$ without VAT.)

Also Newegg has basicly been price grouging in all its life at new releases. In a week or 2 they should be 20$ cheaper or more.

On Geishalz its down now to 209€ with 19% VAT. Or also somethign around 227$ without VAT.

Not to mention its 190$ at Microcenter. So vote with your dollar and dont buy it at Newegg.

I just paid £145/$235 (no tax) in the UK for a 3570k.
I think some places are listing it for less, but they don't necessarily have stock in hand, or won't ship to me.

If you live near a Microcenter they are in stock for for online ordering. I just got a 3770k for $308 (tax included) Im not sure but you might be able to order it for the discount price and have it shipped.(Not 100% sure on that part)

Ordered and bought from Amazon for $349. I had $125 in gift cards on my account, so it only cost me $225 out of pocket anyways. I went with the $3 next day shipping, so I should have it on Tuesday.

I couldn't wait any longer to be honest. I upgrade my computer maybe but once every 3-4 years now, and I've been waiting for this moment like it's the death of me, rofl.

It's gonna get paired with a Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 (Gen3, Rev2) board, 8GB of DDR1600 RAM, and a CM 212 cooler. The motherboard said it was 22nm compatible and I really couldn't see any major difference between a Z68 and a Z77 board while searching online.

Don't buy a new Gigabyte Z68 board due to boot looping issues! If you are going with a new Gigabyte setup then go for the Z77 models. It'll be money well spent.

Purchased 3770k on Amazon prime! I was waiting for my 8 pin extension cable so I said what the heck?

2700k FS real cheap now. lol

The site is currently saying out of stock. I just plan to drive on over and see if I can get one.
