Ivy Bridge 3770K/3570K available on Newegg

Do you have any idea why the 3570K is losing out to the 2500K in this BF3 benchmark? Also, why is there no performance difference between the 3570K at stock vs overclocked to 4.8GHz?

newegg is banking on people to just order from them based on the fact that theyre a huge reputable place. Some people maybe didnt even check prices from other places.

Also, they want to continue to sell the 2500k, and since people buy items based on reviews, they see the 2500k, most reviewed cpu on newegg, and has a good rep, they might get that (thinking its $50 cheaper than the next model up).

and lastly, theyre doing it because they can. Im sure people will buy from them, and im sure even if they sell 80%less IVB cpu's than if they sold them at a reasonable price, that extra 50 bucks will enable them to make the same profit on less chips.
