Again, I feel that you are missing the point of what others are saying. NewEgg does NOT offer any type of warranty. They offer a return period and their return policy is VERY similar, if not identical, to every other retailers (online and B&M) return policy that offers mail-in rebates. Warranty != return period/policy!
In fact, I ask of you to go to all the other etailers, that offer products with MIRs, you buy from and look up if you can return a product without a UPC label. I would be extremely surprised if they allow such a thing.
Also, your join date is similar to mine with similar post counts... you should be used to the people on here. You have no reason to whine because someone says something mean. It's life. Little has changed in the past 8 years you have been a member on here...actually I would say its gotten better.

People have pointed out numerous times the error in your thinking and you still refused to acknowledge it. That's called being dense. Yes, I see it's called a "return policy" and not a warranty.
VGA Limited Replacement Only 30-Day Return Policy
* Return for refund within: non-refundable
* Return for replacement within: 30 days
Products that state "This item is covered by Newegg.com's Replacement Only 30-Day Return Policy", or items labeled as ?Non-refundable? (or similar labeling) must be returned to Newegg within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. ?Return? constitutes receipt of the product by Newegg, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Newegg being returned to you:
* Cards exhibiting physical damage
* Cards that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number, part number or serial number
* Cards that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
* Cards returned without all included accessories, bonus games, and documentation
This is listed on the link for the product listing, before you even open the product link for details or add it to your cart.
Also when you open up the details, you see a link for "returns and rebates". Within that is the same link for "VGA Return Policy" that I copied above. Again, nothing about a missing UPC voiding "Return Policy" despite clicking on the first two options.
I don't see anything about a missing UPC or even the original packaging in their "Standard VGA Return Policy".
Thank you everybody, I now understand that a missing UPC voids the return policy at newegg and most if not all other online vendors. Several people have posted the link showing this exact policy.
But even with all the parts I have ordered offline, and the returns I have done, I have never had to deal with this or even seen a specific policy stating no UPC means no Return Policy.
I am not saying that newegg or other vendors do not state that somewhere on the website.
I'm saying that it should be posted right there with the VGA Standard Return Policy.
Especially when they are actively promoting mail-in rebates.

How on earth did you come to this conclusion? Newegg does not offer warranty service to begin with, they allow you to return items if the item fits all the required items their return policy states(which requires HAVING A UPC). On top of that XFX does NOT CARE what you do with the original box if you are applying for warranty service.
There is a big difference between returning an item to where you bought it and getting warranty service. If you give an item back to a retail store without a UPC WTF are they supposed to do with it then? They can't send it back to the manuf. for replacement/reimbursement because you took off the UPC!
If I could return items without a UPC I would be a millionaire by now.
1) Buy product with rebate
2) Claim rebate with UPC
3) Return said item receiving full cost back
4) Receive rebate funds
...
5) PROFIT
Hmm, if I was returning the card for a refund that would work. But since I clearly stated from the beginning that I wanted a replacement....
If I can return it to XFX for a replacement without the UPC, so can newegg.
Then the could sell it returned video card under "open box" which is very popular.
If they don't want to replace a video card with in the 30-day period, then that should be clearly stated. If removing the original UPC for a rebate that newegg specifically promoted is a problem, it should be clearly stated. As per another post I showed how this information is not included in the first two links regarding warranty or return policy at newegg.

WHY IS THIS SO FUCKING HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND.
LET ME TYPE THIS IN CAPS SO MAYBE YOU CAN READ BETTER.
1. YOU GO TO THE STORE TO EXCHANGE FOR THE EXACT ITEM BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN. THE STORE GIVES YOU A NEW ITEM OFF THE SHELF.
2. THE STORE THEN SENDS IT BACK WITH RETAIL PACKAGING TO THE MANUFACTURE TO GET THEIR CREDIT BACK OR ANOTHER ONE.
3. SINCE THEY CANT SEND IT BACK WITH RETAIL PACKAGING TO THE MANUFACTURE, THEY CANNOT TAKE YOUR RMA, BECAUSE YOU DID NOT RETURN THE RETAIL PACKAGING TO THE STORE.
4. NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE, GO DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURE FOR IT, AND NOT THROUGH THE STORE AND THEIR EXCHANGE PROCESS.

That's where you are completely wrong. Newegg is not a customer to XFX, they are a retail partner. Different rules for different entities. Using your logic any company that sells items for any Vendor can rip them off by simply 'exchanging' an item that did not actually originate from their store(ie bought at walmart and returned to Newegg, which is what the UPC prevents).
It's a very simple concept, yet you can't seem to grasp it. /sigh
