Koing! Yes! How have more people not responded? Awesome job! I got worried during the handbike fiasco, in the states there's no penalty for falling.

congrats! - Pretty amazing you held on w/ that guy bouncing on you...great job- my legs burn just looking at that ramp

good job. i see why they put the rope for the contestants on the ramp now. it's great having your knowledge around here in h&f

Downloaded it last week and finally had a chance to watch it just now. Awesome job dude, that last event looked brutal. Glad they are tweaking it for future competitors.

Yeah it's my rock climbing grip strength 🙂 and I use Captains of Crush grippers at work.

Mine was the first show and it was set to 70rpm, the later shows were set to 40rpm and it is a lot easier to get up. We also wear 'wet shoes' as oppose to normal trainers so we have more grip.

KOING!!!! YES!!!!!!!! I purposefully didn't read the end of this thread since I wanted to watch the whole thing, not knowing who the winner was going to be. It was so suspenseful, especially at the hand crank part and how you caught up to Phil at the very end. Way to pursue your dreams; just think, out of the hundreds (or thousands?) who applied you are the best. Congrats!!! Are you going any further in the Gladiators series?

Haha I was yelling at Destroyer for blocking you on the Gauntlet. Then he tried to get in your face when you were talking to the announcer

Great job man! 😀
