I think there is a "sleeper" in the ruling Judge Sauls handed down that nobody, perhaps even the state election commission, has picked up on yet. I believe that he was in effect telling them to throw out ALL of the hand recount totals from the final certification! Read this part of the ruling carefully and let it sink in.
