They were applications, not ballots. And they weren't forged. All that was done was the adding of the necessary ID numbers. The penalty for an unauthorized person modifying an application is a fine. It is not invalidation of the ballot. This is yet another Democratic pipe-dream that will not materialize into anything.

I never said they were forged. Look carefully at what I posted. I was agreeing with you when you said they were not ballots. I said they were ballot APPLICATIONS. I capitalized applications in my post to emphasize they were applications, not ballots.
