Bilal Powell?

lulz.

well, I cancelled the trade pending for Lynch. I definitely don't think he's a #5 back out there, but I will see if I can get more, and maybe deal Rivers (my week 1 waiver pickup).

This is a 14 team league so the pickings are pretty slim after week one.

Top 10 RBs to me from what I have seen:

AP
McCoy
Charles
Foster
Lynch (He was benched for 3/4 of the second half against Jacksonville. He is a top 5 RB.)
Forte
R. Bush
Morris
D. Martin
T. Richardson

Is there someone else you would put in and remove?

I would put Forte and R.Bush ahead of him but that's splitting hairs of course. Doug Martin too although he's getting the box stacked due to his shitty team. :(

Hilton can be dropped for someone of more value.

I have to have a Colt on my team and he helped win me the championship last year.

I understand it's an emotional decision but it's my only one and I'm ok with that.

Ps - Dallas Clark getting a lot of talk for a bye week broski this week if you need one. I still have 3 of his jerseys.

EJ Manual didn't go out of bounds and his knee just got plastered on a high speed hit. At least he can still walk. Moron needs to call RG3 asap.

Of course, Spiller gets his TD the week I bench him. -_-

Yep, same here. Benched Jackson in my other league too. Only guy I started from this game was Johnson because I was stuck. :\

Who has Kaepernick and who's his backup QB? He's a strict no-start this week per PFF and maybe you can deal Rivers to him. I sure as shit would start Rivers over Kaep at this point, and I'm picking up Cutler as soon as this week is done to start the next 3 weeks over Kaep unless something dramatic changes.

I was considering the guy with Kap...who is starting Bradford this week. :D (smart pickup I guess)

He's Got: Gore, R Rice, Moreno
Desean, Boldin

(same fucker that beat me the first week on the heals of Kap and Boldin going nuts )

Try RRice for Rivers. Rice has done absolutely nothing so far and there is only very large speculation that he'll be able to turn it around (to be fair, his O-Line has been doing horrible). Rivers is what, a top 3 QB so far? I think it'd be more than fair considering Rice also just came off an injury. I have both Kaepernick and Rice and would consider that because both give me major heartburn for the first 4 weeks, minus Kaep's great game 1. It'd be nice not to worry about Kaepernick fumbling nor Ray Rice doing nothing but constantly being in double digit projections. I think Rice will turn it around because the Ravens said they are going to run more starting this week but there's no guarantee. And Rivers is expendable for you.

Picked up Hoyer last night before the game, but it was only to stash him for week 7 (Brees bye).

Oh well. At least he was on my bench. Thinking of picking up E. Manning for a roll of the dice week 7.

FYI...I am playing Rivers this week over Kaepernick.
So that means that Rivers is going to have some freak injury and lacerate his spleen or something 4 minutes into the first quarter.

Adjust your lineups accordingly.

what about Rivers for Cruz?

dude I'm playing this week has Flacco, Megatron, and Cruz.

his backup is Roffleburger (yeah, this poor guy is 0-4)

OH shit...Cruz is the #1 WO by this week? wtf...I knew he was having a good year, but...damn

Cruz owner would jump all over that, or at least he should.

seems like an equitable trade for both, I think.

hmm...or what about Antonio Brown for Rivers?

the owner of that team is probably the only other person in the league that is as big of a Rivers homer as I am....

:hmm: maybe he'll give me Foster for Rivers...

I'd be pretty scared of trading for rivers. It's been 4 games. Lets not get ahead of ourselves here.

Just remembered that my buddy was mercilessly killing one of our league members for taking Rivers in the 4th round in a 10 team 2QB league. Hah.

Do you need WR's? I thought you wanted a RB. I would go for Ray Rice + a WR3/4 first. But Cruz for Rivers is a fair trade, and that dude probably ain't making the playoffs anyway at 0-4 so he wouldn't be much of a threat. He would be getting better value in the Rivers for Cruz deal but not by much (assuming Rivers stays in beast mode). What RB's does the Flacco have?

not sure why everyone is so scared of Rivers. I've been trying like hell to get him in my league.

You gotta remember, Rivers had a 3 year stretch from 2008 to 2010:
4009 yards, 34TD 11 INT
4254 yards, 28TD 9 INT
4710 yards, 30TD 13 INT

Those are really good numbers. Like, top 5 QB type numbers. He started sucking in 2011 and 2012, after Sproles and VJax left and Norv Turner fucked everything up. Rivers didnt just magically forget how to play well. I'm all in on Rivers. He was the 5th ranked QB after that 2010 season, and right now he's playing like a top 3.

Flacco has Chris Ivory and McFadden... :|

I am also weak at WR: Andre Johnson (a snap away from a career-ending, uh, snap) and Jones.

I have Spiller...Maybe I am not as desperate as I sound, but 2 of my top 3 picks have been horrible so far. :\

Williams is my #2 back, and I think his production disappears in about 2 weeks.

Yeah he was/is a solid QB. Like I said--I've always been a homer for him (goes back to college) but the "good" thing is that the previous 2 years of suckitude have forced many to overlook him.

Right now I think that my best play is to deal Manning for two huge players and ride Rivers for the rest of the year. :\ But If I could get a #1 for Rivers...that would also be tits.

Yeah Williams' production disappears this week and whenever J.Stewart comes back, luckily you probably have about 4 more weeks. I rotate D.Williams and DMC since their matchups jive nicely, although I'd play R.Jennings over Williams this week (per PFF advice).

Why in the hell does that guy still have Chris Ivory? lmao. That pretty much ensures he wouldn't let DMC go. I would go for a Phillip Rivers for Megatron. He will most likely balk and offer Cruz instead, but it never hurts to aim high. The worst he could say is to go f yourself! If you don't want to roll the die on Ray Rice or Gore (Gore would still would be a fair trade although he would be less likely to accept than Rice), then go for Cruz. You have a lot of options here since you drafted well.

Edit: Looking At Williams schedule, yup 6 and 7 should be great weeks for him (MN and StL). After that, Tampa is a tough call, then AtL shouldn't be bad, and NE is tough. So you have until week 8 to find a good RB. DMC actually has a very easy week 8-10 (Pitt, Phi, NYG) but I know that owner isn't giving him up.
