<< hehe, i love how people talk sh|t about cars..yet they have no wheels to back it up. >>

I have a 2001 Chrysler Neon R/T, not claiming to be anymore than it is and I can bash all the rice I want...

No offense or anything, but even a Civic Si or an Integra GSR could run on that car - I won't go into what the Preludes can do.... And I see plenty of "rice" involving those three cars...

I've owned Superbee's, 440 6-pack Challengers, Roadrunners and I currently own a 69 440 Dart, my father at 1 time owned 3 hemi cars a Dart, a Challenger and a Cuda...thats plenty o' wheels to back it up...some ricers are suck, most ricer attitudes are suck

<< father at 1 time owned 3 hemi cxars a Dart, a Challenger and a Cuda >>

:Q

He got his hands on a Hemi Dart!? OMG......

a Hemi Cuda isn't too far behind that, but was still a blisteringly fast car - same goes for the Challanger.... I hope you enjoyed those cars while they were around!!

I wish, I asked him whatever he does to save the hemi dart...I was in the Navy @ the time...a couple of years later(back in the early 80's) he sold all three for 50K...the guy who bought them turned around and doubled his money..when I found out what my father did I was sick!@#$%*:|

<< Awesome driving skills >>

Jolly nice post.

I dont think the "Riced" out car looks that bad. I myself would not drive it but I would not give the driver grief over it. He did a good job, no bad angles, etc.... You guys should get off the ricerbasher-bandwagon, this guy put a good amount of time into this car and all you do is point and laugh and the irony is that you are all on computers. 😛🙂

I think I'm gonna be sick too....those Hemi Darts were produced in EXTREMELY small numbers 🙁🙁

russ was right in his first post...the rest are just haters...but egh...no point in teaching...nm.

I got the wheels to back it up! 🙂 so does that make me a hater?

AEM COLD AIR INTAKE
AEM UNDERDRIVE PULLEY'S
DC CERAMIC HEADERS
TANABE RACING MEDALLION CAT-BACK EXAUST

whatever they do. someone explain😛

<< Adul,

Not mine, but I was thinking of it as a template for when I "rice up" my Aerostar cargo van.🙂

BUAHHAHAHA. Oh the ideas one can imagine.

(I need sleep.)

<< HISTORY OF RICERS

I think Viets and Philipinos originated the term,Ricer Cars

Because they'd barely afford cheap cars like Accord and Sonata, (even Elentra!!) and Rice it up with accessories.. as if the car is even worth pimping it up. It is also accompanied by poor taste in accessorizing.. such as ugly stickers..etc..

The Japanese/Koreans/Chinese saw this and started to make fun of them by calling them Ricers

now there's a lil history for ya..

Actually I think it's a term coined by Harley riders in reference to riders of Honda Goldwings and the wannabe Harley-like motorcycles.

And that is rice. Spending that much on graphics and parts, the person could've gotten a REAL sports car.

Paul
-Porsche. There is no substitute.
-Chevrolete Corvette ZR-1. King of the Hill.

<< If this is what rice is, why is there so much vitriol about it? It just looks to me like kids doing what kids do. Every generation has it's own quirks and styles that it calls it own. I don't see where this is any different. >>

THANK YOU. Rice hating is the latest trend basically. No different from collecting pokemon cards or listening to backdoor boys and such.

And yes, that's serious rice 😉

ok, so is there a rice version of modded pc's?

<< Computer geeks making fun of ricers, how ironic LOL! >>

irony was the point of the post. thanks for pointing out the obvious.

So he does and shells out the cash for a carbon hood, then turns around and makes the rear heavier by dumping a sub and box in the trunk. Someone please explain the logic of that in a FF car.

I've hung out before with alot of the turbo dodge guys at the shelby dodge auto club conventions. I haven't met gus in per who has the "Mean Mini", but Paul with the other van I have. Cool guy. I especially liked him pulling up at the hotel and seeing like 3 kids jump out of the back and him in overalls come out. It was just kinda funny and cool 😀

Russ your van won't be rice if you also put a 'vette engine in it 🙂
