Is this pic real or computer-generated?

I say computer generated. My basis being that I think the coloring throughout the picture is a little too uniform and "perfect." I would say especially so on the face of the building, the fire hydrant, and the road.
 
At first glance it looks real, but something about the leaves in the trees makes me think it is a computer generated image. They just don't look quite right.
 
1. the road is too pixelated to be rendered. Logically, no one in their right mind would spend that much time for a picture like this

2. the changes in elevation are accurate to an extent the likes of which i have never seen in CGI. Every seen a raised portion of the road done well? Me wither.

3. the number of objects that would be needed to realistically create those trees is somethign that I have never seen before.
