I love this quote re: Geno Smith remaining the Jets starter...

How bad has it gotten for Smith? According to numbers compiled by Reuben Frank of CSN Philly, Nick Foles still would have a higher passer rating than Smith if he threw an interception on his next 50 (!) pass attempts.

:D

And y'all though Sanchez was bad...

Can someone explain to me why Rudeguy abandoned his team the week they took the division lead? And why he continues to spurn them?

I don't get it.

You lose to Tampa Bay, at home?

You no longer exist to me.

I would say that Tampa Bay isn't as bad as their record. Their coach is horrific, though. I think the players are just trying to step it up.

It could be worse--you could have lost to Houston, the Jets, my Redskins, or maybe even this late season version of the Colts.

anyway, the stars seem to be aligning for what we all want to see: Seattle vs Denver. as long as P Manning doesn't fuck it all up in the playoffs.
I want to see him in the final game, in New Jersey...in February. Muwhahahahah!

Looks like you left Detroit out of the standings. Not that anyone cares.

Bengals over the Colts.

Why Vikings over the Ravens? :confused"

Miami vs Pit - flip a coin

rudeguy vs Philly - depends on who comes to play.
  • Philly loss will have them scrambling for wildcard.
  • rudeguy win essentially locks up that division.

I need a random upset somewhere. Figured Vikings would be it.

OP is being a baby the last couple of weeks.

See? ^

More like a baby who had been abused too much. Now there is no joy in life, even if the condition of living has improved some what, the baby will always expect hurt, disappointment and a good beat down. Just kidding of course :).

I've been watching the Lions before they drafted Barry, it's an abusive relationship. I do think this is one of the best teams they have ever fielded since i started watching them, some games are so infuriating like the Buc's game because you know they are better than that.

Exactly!
Most talent, best leadership, deepest bench and Millen is gone. And you lose to TB? At home?

There is no excuse.
