Yes. This is called date rape. This wasn't consensual because she was too wasted to make any sort of rational decision on her own. I believe your friend was not wasted because he even asked you if you wanted to have sex. He belongs in jail. :|

that is not date rate... date rape is slipping a roofie in a girls drink with the intention of getting with her

It doesn't have to involve roofies to be called date rape.

don't think i'll be calling the cops, because what happens if she can't even remember the incident, i would probably end up looking like a fool then.

WHO THE FUK CARES IF SHE DOESENT REMEMBER.

That?s the whole point. You do remember the whole thing and the police and her NEED to know what happened. If you don?t do anything here you are just as bad as your friend

anyways she comes to and says something along the lines of "f--- me"... so they get it on. it's not rape cause she wanted to do it, even though she was trashed, but damn, it was one awkaward morning.

Your joking right? Of corse its still rape. She may have conscented but she was under the influence. Had she woken up in the morning and realised what had happened, she coul dhave gotten him arrested.

damn, you still have to ask? sh*t, I would've unplugged the stereo and made a fool out of the kid, all the while being on the phone to the cops so they could pick up his sorry ass. I hope you've checked to see if the girl knows, and if she's okay, as she's gonna have some huge headgames goin on.

So I guess if you get married, have a few glasses of champagne, and head off to have some fun with your new bride on your weding night, you're raping her, cause she was driking. Right?

No one is contending that when someone is drunk to the point of passing out, they can't give consent for anything. We're saying that jsut because she has had SOME alcohol does not mean sexual activity with her is automatically rape.

its rape because she was so drunk that she was "half asleep" as you say.

if it happened to a boy that way it would still be rape.

You must either be very young or have no experience with alcohol.
Either that or Drexel forced the freshman body to attend an assembly on date rate, given by a sex ed professor from a major university in Richmond. I guess he probably doesn't know though, right?? It is rape, they even showed us court cases of that EXACT thing happening, and guess what? The guy was convicted. Don't tell me what I'm saying is bullsh!t when you don't know what's going on.

So if go out on a date with a girl to a clun and have two drinks, later she invites me over to her house to get it on and then makes breakfast in the morning I RAPED HER?!?!?!?

I say BULLSH!T.

ok, it is different with marriage. And its only rape if she has a problem with it when she is sober.

Since KahunaMatata knows about this, doesn't that make him an accessory? I know there's a charge for being an accessory to murder. Anybody know if there's something like that that may come into play here?

Yes he is an accessory to a crime. He, too, can be charged.

If Rape = anytime the girl is under the influence while having sex with some guy(among other defintions of rape), then about half of the guys at my university would qualify as rapist.

what's important is is the girl filing charges against that guy? Heard anything about the status of the girl? did she think she got raped?

Even if you're not married, it's still not rape if you take someone out to dinner, have a glass of wine, and go back home and get it on.

What classified this as rape is that she was barely conscious, and probably not aware fully of what was going on.

We were told, like I said, by a guy that knows his stuff, that if alcohol is involved, and she says the next day that it was rape, that it is. Personally, I'd take the word of a professor of sex education(an odd title don't you think?), over people from AT.

That's not the point at all. I'm disputing Deeko's claim that "ANYTIME alcohol is involved, be she conscious or not, it is STILL rape."

Deeko is right here. a girl can call "RAPE" about anytime she wants and the guy is fuked 90% of the time

dosent matter if he raped her or not hes still in a world of sh!t cause for some reason girls "Always" tell the truth
