It's so tender and juicy. It completely better than any other meat there is. I wish when u goto restaurant u can pick which bunny u want to eat. Cutter bunny = more tender tastier meat, agree?

AKA Squab. It is. Dad used to raise them, but had it for the first time I could remember in Hong Kong. Quail is mighty tasted, especially fixed like Looed Squab. Figured that one out from a Frugal Gourmet book.Originally posted by: Mrvile
