Is there animosity against Elderly Asians from some in the black community?

Both of my elderly Asian parents were assulted today by a black woman. My mother is currently in really bad shape heading to the hospital in an ambulance. I'm really pissed at the black community for not calling out their own racist bullshit.

Earlier this month I wrote about a brutal attack in San Francisco that really shocked people around

This has me thinking back to the days of Linsanity, when initially several black NBA players made racial jokes at Lin(of course they all later apologized).
The Lin incidents weren't a surprise to me. It's from my own life experienced that I noticed that society largely crucifies racist behavior towards Blacks and Latinos but Asians were still fair game.

Now Elderly Asians are getting targeted by what appears to be predominately Black males. Don't write this off to just right wing Fox News propaganda etc...
Most elderly Asians I know (all over 70 and can barely speak English) are now extremely cautious around Blacks. Their news source are all Chinese and Vietnamese.
And I don't know why the media is trying to hard to hide this. Each one of these, when the perpetrator is black, there is no mention of the attackers race or even a picture in the vast majority of the news article.
The one case recently I can find in which a White Female scream some Anti-Asian racist rant, her face is splattered all over the article including the preview article link.

I suspect for the same reasons some of the blacks don't like Jews. Both Jews and Asians have a large mercantile population throughout the world for different historical reasons. They have one thing in common with blacks as they were marginalized and many of their businesses were in the black community. Whether legitimate or not, some view them as exploiting them. Not saying it's right, just why some of this was preexisting before COVID, and COVID caused extreme inconveniences for everyone, and people tend to look for targets for their misfortunes.

You can try to pin this on MAGA crowd, but each one of these attacks are at the heart of the biggest liberal cities and the attackers sure don't look like your typical Trump supporters. I don't see this coming from Texas, Tenn, or any other red states.

What do you think contributes to the attacks on Asian American's by predominantly black males in big cities? Could it be the harsh rhetoric of the former president? Or do you think black Antifa had a meeting and said let's go attack some Asians.

You do know that exit polls estimate Trump got 19% of the black male vote this go around and close to 5% of the black female vote. Let's take a city considered to be really liberal, New York City. Demographics show a population of 2 million African Americans according to the 2010 census, let's say about half male and half female, and if 25% voting age blacks voted for Trump, that loosely translates to a lot of Trump supporters out of that 2 million. So that's a lot of black folks that supported Trump and listen to what he says. You act like there are no black Trump supporters in a city just cause they are big and vote blue when in fact there are a lot when you look at the numbers of a densely populated area.
