I finally know how you acquired you name AQUAMAN. If you are going to do this, there are special scanners that can automate the process and output the results as PDF instead of JPG and with Optical Character Recognition you will be able to search the articles using the search function built in to windows..

It falls under the fair use clause. He can do this as long as he does not sell or redistribute un-authorized copies. Get a nice water tight box and on a day with low humidity seal it up airtight then place it out of sight in your attic.
