Now THATS a good idea... How did you slice the binding off though?

crazy as ripping hundreds of CDs to MP3s onto your hard drive.

or spending your time tinkering with a car engine to tweak 5 more HP.

or spening $400 on a video card.

or starting a website dedicated to hardware reviews and giving users a forum to talk about utter nonsense.

:D

spending time on a hobby isn't crazy.

A good idea but I want to keep the magazines intact so that I can pass them on to someone else :(

Funny, but I was thinking about something like this today. I have 15 plus years of Bon Appetite and other cooking magazines I would like t access and search for recipes. I have so many I can't keep track of everything, but know there are hundreds and hundreds of recipes I would use if I remembered what and where they were. Go for it, and keep me posted. :D

Ran in to a bit of a snag :(

I am having trouble getting good scans of the mags with glued bindings :(

Looks like I will have to cut the bindings off and scan them page by page :(

Nope, sorry, collection doesn't go back that far. I think I have one or two issues in the 70s but nothing older.

Dang......... I used to have dragon #38-74 and Dragon annuals 1 (gotta love the Anti Paladin) & 2.

Unfortunately I gave them away when I quit D&D years ago :)
