I don't give a shit about Superman's son being gay. But if Batman can kill him too I will have no more time for reading or watching such foolishness. Like Batman would even stand a chance in real life, gah. Christopher Reeve must have been turning over in his grave when Batman V Supeman came out.

In the (very small) defense of that shitty movie Superman said he could have killed Batman but chose not to, up until the point that Batman ambushes him with the kryptonite. Because apparently everyone on earth is issued like 5 pounds of kryptonite at birth.

It's obviously an 'easy-out' plot crutch solution, I would agree there. But for argument sake...everyone on earth is NOT Batman with the resources of Wayne Enterprises. He's a crafty and resourceful one, which is what makes him bats.

He essentially has methods to deal with and/or kill (or at least subdue) EVERY other member of the Justice League...'if need be'. Bats is all about covering contingencies.

This would be a non ham handed and interesting idea.
Superman being in the closet or not really knowing what he likes. Him avoiding Lois’s advances. That legitimately could be an interesting story.

Probably because I listen to LBC too much. If a caller on there has a Northern accent, I can often guess what they are going to say, and that I'll disagree with it (especially if they are also old).

The new pattern seems to be elite, privately educated politicians (products of Eton or Harrow or Dulwich College) looking to gain support from older, white, Northern voters. Perhaps the geographical inverse of the US pattern.
