Dude, I'm almost 250 lbs at 6'1". I acknowledge I need to lose weight, but the only way I could lose 80 pounds would be to have absolutely no muscle on my frame. 169 at 6'1" is like hipster level skinny.

Agreed. As for me--well, if it wasn't for my fat dick, I'd be right on target for my height.

I'm 6'1 and about 160 and I think I look average.

Your concept of what's 'normal' vs what isn't normal is messed up.

If you're 6'1 and 160 you're grossly underweight, your age might explain a few things though.

When I was 18-22 I was stuck at 160-165. Now I'm around 185-190 (hit a high of 210 a few months ago) and I'm 6'2.5 and that's about right.

That could be true as well. I'm currently 25.

You might be running a bit late then, but I would suggest eating more food.

All my weight was added mostly to my arms, neck and shoulders, I got super broad.. and some went to my stomach (can't help it, so busy with work).

People massively underestimate the fat they're carrying around. I was 215 at one point and most people didn't think I was too bad. When I was 160 pounds, people swore if I lost 5 more pounds I'd only be bones. At 130, I could lose another 10 pounds or so and still be healthy. Chances are if you're saying well I weigh a bit much, but it's all muscle (or any other excuse) you're just lying to yourself.

I weighed 130lbs in 4th grade. I remember being ghastly skinny.

In Arnold Schwarzneggers competition days, he was 6'1" tall and weighed 240lbs during competition and 260 when not competing. If you claim you are 6 footish tall and 240lbs-250lbs and claim it to be all muscle you are lying not only to yourself but everyone else as well.

I'm not in the USA, and 160 pounds is seeing ribs/no muscle skinny, I was there, for about 5 years, it's fucking gross. You look like a boy not a man.

You're right, 160 pounds is normal in Europe, where every man is an feminine skinny fuck that fits into slimming jeans.

My goal is to get down from my around 250 to about 200. If I can do that without losing any muscle mass, I'll be skinny and ripped, I think maybe 190 would still look good. Below that I'd be scrawny and have to lose muscle, even at 190 I think I'd still have to lose muscle to get that low.

During competition he was 2-3% body fat and probably no more than 8% at 260lbs.

8% is still extremely extremely good shape. 240-250 at 12-13% may not be all muscle but I'd still consider them in shape and they would certainly appear jacked in comparison to most.

I love how all of the fat and macho guys are saying that 6'1" and 160lbs is skin-and-bones and underweight. LOL, whatever you guys need to tell yourselves...
