IPS glow seen by a former TN owner

AFAIK this is a technology drawback which means that there is no ips nor pls panel out there without this issue. Some panels may present severe glow and others may not, but there shouldn't be any ips/pls without the glow effect.

Two hours into testing Dell P2414H and I'm really not impressed with this glow. It's actually quite terrible experience. Of course it's not visible in any bright games (gaming is my main thing here), colors are actually fantastic, but when I tried Outlast or Metro, the only thing my mind focuses on is that glow

Also, little bit of backlight bleeding, not sure if it's ok or should I RMA it

Unfortunately this comes out a bit darker than in real life... the bleed is brighter and also visible in right top corner
