guess now we'll see if its the phone or the firmware that was causing my 3G probs ... hopefully not the phone. Don't feel like going back to the GB

OK. I know MMS is not eneabled yet by AT&T, but where is the app? Will it be pushed to the phone?

Does the notifications section under settings not show up until you have an app that needs it, or does it not work on the 1st gen iPhone?

Just did the update. It was a fast download and activated just fine, but it cannot connect to the iTunes Store (error -4). I'm guessing that's because of the heavy traffic?

Spotlight is SUPER AWESOME!!! I'm also glad they added the Voice Memo app, that will be handy!

Yay landscape email!

The camera seems super crappy now. It looks terrible. I don't know what's up with that.

It seems like apps open way quicker now. There's no slow delay now, just instant-open.

Oye, I can pinch-zoom on emails! 😀 Was this a feature before? I don't remember being able to zoom in on any emails. YAY!

Voice Memos are coming out VERY clear as well.

Spotlight makes this a whole new phone, wowzers! 😀

I completed the update and now my phone just displays the connect to iTunes graphic. When I plug it back in to the PC it errors out and says that it can't connect to the iTunes store. I've rebooted my phone a couple times and nothing. All I can do is make emergency calls. This sucks.

In the past with a jailbroken phone, if you upgraded to a new firmware it'd leave the apps on there that were installed with the jailbreak and they wouldn't open until you installed some other free legit app from the app store, well this is no longer the case.

The apps remain but won't open and installing another free app doesn't not resolve that.

Just a FYI, not that I'd every try that.......

I believe that's because the Store is getting hammered. Give it a bit and I'm sure it'll be back up. Although, it does suck that it didn't even activate your phone.

Hey, Stereo Bluetooth is supposed to work just peachy now. Saw it on Apple's site and in Gizmodo's review. Noice!
