The article stated she told him to stop several times, and yet he kept on going. How did you interpret that as being she was willing?
 
As an addedum to my above post: if she really did say it hurt and 'no', then yes I agree it is rape. However, my point is that these women are hardly the "inncoent little girls" people love to make them out to be while showing this guy as a "horrible mean monster". As someone else said, he wouldn't have been successful if there weren't a) women rushing forward and volunteering in droves and b) people willing to buy these videos.

You're failing to see the bigger picture. He notoriously pushes alcohol onto the women. They, sometimes, don't have the physical capacity to say no. Then they are convinced to perform sex acts and sign waivers while under the influence.
